The UCP-MV ia a completely new concept in router control panels, offering the user the ability to select and view router source content and make router selection decisions on a touch-screen picture display.
The system consists of two parts; the Multi-View output board that plugs into any UTAH-400 router frame, and the UCP-MV panel.
The panel is a 3RU (5.25”) rack-mount panel that carries two LCD displays. The left-hand panel displays a mosaic of thumbnails of the video on eight router inputs. The system automatically compensates for SD or HD signal formats and can display any mixture of sources in the two formats. The right-hand display shows a full-screen picture of the source selected on the touch-screen. Audio monitoring for that source is also provided on the panel.
